Flora & Fauna In The Neighborhood

There was a lot to see walking in the neighborhood yesterday afternoon. The grapevines that grow along a fence were just starting to bear fruit.

One of the Shetland ponies that lives up the hill was out of his corral, mowing the lawn. As we stood at the fence, he shambled closer.

Walking down the hill for home we saw a curious cat with a crooked tail, too busy working a hole in the field to look up.

How I wish we passed houses with grapes growing over the fence! What a lovely pony and what a strange cat.
