Walking In The Neighborhood



The neighborhood is full of color this time of year. Above, pretty to look at but dangerous to touch, oleanders are a common hedge shrub. Below, grapes are growing along a neighbor's rock wall.



Mexican poppies are another popular shrub, easily grown, with big white showy flowers.



Clusters of citrus are bending boughs this time of year - grapefruits, tangerines, limes, lemons and oranges.
