Walking In The Neighborhood

From the hill behind our house, we get just the barest peek of ocean.

There's a lot going on with the vegetation, even in winter. Cactus apples are ripening.

Succulents are colorful all year and more and more popular for landscaping, with water rationing still in effect.

Hibiscus flowers bloom all year, too, and there's always some type of citrus fruit to be had.
