American Country Stores ~ #15 In A Series

This country store was in the hills of Puerto Rico, photographed for the US govermment by Edwin Rosskan in January, 1938. Besides the glass jars of coffee and sugar and the hanging bananas, the rest of the goods were imported from elsewhere.

Your peach crisp remind me of lunches in high school, loved that apple crisp!

Happy freedom day!
